What the platform provides
MyMealMenus provides tools for restaurants to create, maintain, and share digital menus and restaurant-provided allergen information. Guests can view public menus and use allergy selections to explore the information supplied by a restaurant.
Restaurant verification and guest conversations
Restaurant teams are responsible for checking recipes, supplier ingredient information, substitutions, preparation practices, and the information they publish. Review the menu when any of those details change. A menu label or filter cannot establish that a dish is suitable for a particular guest.
Guests should speak directly with restaurant staff about their allergies, ingredients, modifications, and preparation. MyMealMenus does not inspect a restaurant’s kitchen, certify its procedures, or provide individualized medical advice.
AI-assisted imports require review
An enabled import feature can extract dishes and suggest allergens from images or public menu links. Output may omit information or make incorrect assumptions about ingredients or recipes. A restaurant must review the selected dishes, ingredients, tags, and preparation information with its kitchen before publishing imported information.
An explicit or inferred suggestion is not a restaurant verification. A missing suggestion does not mean a dish is free of an allergen or cross-contact risk. AI cannot determine the restaurant’s actual preparation conditions from a menu photo or description.
Accounts and team access
Use only accounts and company roles you are authorized to hold. Keep sign-in credentials secure and grant team access only to people authorized by your restaurant or company. Contact info@mymealmenus.com if you need help with your account or believe someone has gained unauthorized access.
Menu content and public links
Submit only text, images, branding, and import sources you are authorized to use. Keep credentials, confidential business information, and unnecessary personal information out of public menus and import sources. Information published at a public menu URL is available to people who open that URL, and selected menus may be discoverable in search engines.
Changing search visibility does not make a public menu private. Restaurant teams should check the guest-facing menu after updates and verify the menu and QR links used in service.
Pricing and trial information
MyMealMenus pricing is $50 per month with a one-month free trial. See the pricing page and contact info@mymealmenus.com for the billing and account arrangements that apply to your restaurant or group.
Direct questions about charges, the end of your trial, cancellation, or refunds to that email before making purchasing decisions. These service-use terms do not describe an automatic payment or renewal mechanism.
External links and ordering services
Menus may link to restaurant websites or ordering services operated separately from MyMealMenus. Ask the relevant restaurant or provider about orders, availability, payment, or their handling of information. A recorded click on an ordering link does not confirm that a purchase was completed.
Privacy and service questions
The Privacy Notice describes account information, public menu content, usage records, browser storage, and enabled AI imports. For questions, account requests, or concerns about platform content, contact MyMeal LLC at info@mymealmenus.com.
